Pumpkin and Pecan, our broad breasted turkeys met their fate this last week in anticipation of Thanksgiving. Let's just say that we should have butchered weeks ago... Pumpkin: 36 Lbs (a little too big for the roaster!) Pecan: 23 Lbs
